Job Overview As a Call Center Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a patient call center within our company, focusing on enhancing efficiency and productivity. Your expertise will be crucial in streamlining processes, implementing best practices, and leading our dedicated team towards achieving operational excellence. Duties Manage and motivate the call center team to meet and exceed benchmarks through effective coaching and performance monitoring Monitor call quality and customer interactions to uphold high standards of customer service and client communication Proven experience in call center management. Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients professionally over the phone Prior experience with call center operations involving business development telecommunication tools. Pay:
$45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
