Call Center Supervisor Location:
Queenstown, MD Pay:
$24-$26/hour Work Environment 100% onsite in a medical office setting with frequent interaction with staff, patients, and visitors. Schedule Standard business hours (Monday-Friday); may require flexibility to support high call volume periods.Compensation and Benefits Pay Rate:

- Time Off / Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave) About the Role The Call Center Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily call center operations within a healthcare setting.
Must Haves:
3-5 years of supervisory experience in a call center or medical front office Healthcare/medical experience required Experience with EMR systems Knowledge of insurance processes, billing, and patient registration Familiarity with ICD-9 and CPT coding Strong leadership and team development skills Nice toHave Skills:
Experience as a senior representative or team lead stepping into supervision Strong conflict resolution and patient communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and healthcare systems Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Queenstown, MD. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
