JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
Assists and supports management to ensure that department objectives and goals are achieved. Assists with developing and updating standard operating procedures for the department. Functions as a resource for staff on issues related to member service and operations.DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
The Clinic Call Center takes inbound calls and ensures efficient and prompt responses to inquiries from patients. Responsible for making patients and their needs a primary focus. Cultivates positive and productive patient relationships with the Samaritan System. Utilizes system policies and procedures to help patients schedule appointments, communicate with their providers and facilitate their daily care.EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent required. Two (2) years experience in a healthcare setting required. Two (2) years leadership experience required.KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
