Job Description

National Account Coordinator Coleman Worldwide Moving United States, Alabama, Midland City 1 Covan Dr (Show on map) Apr 20, 2026 The National Account Coordinator will provide customer service to national account moves and maintain company records to ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate customer contact for national account moves, and maintain contact with customer
  • Create move estimates
  • Register new shipments
  • Ensure proper revenue billing to appropriate location
  • Update company software as well as the Allied system with relevant shipment information
  • Coordinate customer contact for national account moves, and maintain contact with customer
  • Scan paperwork into SISTRS and Documentum as received
  • Create move estimates
  • Register new shipments
  • Prepare driver paperwork as necessary
  • Ensure proper revenue billing to appropriate location
  • Update company software as well as the Allied system with relevant shipment information
