Work directly with our great team of agents to sell policies, answer questions, and help build strong relationships with our clients. We are looking for anyone with a sales, service, or insurance background. We will provide training and licensing as needed. ( Insurance license preferred but not required) Requirements Well organized. Customer Service experience preferred. Insurance license preferred, but not required. Ability to work independently and with a team. Bilingual preferred Job Description Answer client questions. Quote, sell and issue policies. Work directly with our team of sales agents. Advise clients and customers on insurance options. Track and follow up on sales opportunities through email, phone, and text. Develop a network of referral partners. Track client and policy data. Starting pay of $48k for licensed individuals. Unlicensed individuals will be bumped to licensed pay scale upon becoming licensed Health, dental, disability, $401k This is an in office position. Must be able to be in the office Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
