Job Description:
Leading a team of technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs, maintenance, and customer service Ensure processes & procedures are performed properly to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. Developing and implementing service schedules and procedures to optimize customer satisfaction and productivity Creating and presenting technical training programs for technicians Overseeing inventory management to ensure an adequate supply of equipment and parts Contribute to top line revenue by educating Technicians of all available accessories and services clients will benefit from. Coach service technicians on best practices to provide a top-level customer experience. Identify and ensure Technicians have the required minimum tools to perform their duties. Maintaining staffing levels and recruiting and hiring capable field technicians Monitoring employee performance and evaluating staff to determine training requirements Maintain operational excellence through invoice completion, inventory control, safety awareness, accurate reporting.
