Customer Experience Manager

We're hiring a Customer Experience Manager to join our True Crew at our Peoria location. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving sales, developing a strong team and delivering an unforgettable bridal experience. As a CEM, you lead from the front coaching stylists, owning conversion goals and creating a high-energy, results-driven culture. You balance people, performance and experience with confidence and consistency.

What You'll Do:

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team Drive store goals, conversion, and revenue growth Deliver an elevated, memorable experience for every bride Support marketing efforts and represent the brand in-store and on social Bring energy, structure, and leadership to fast-paced days We're looking for someone who: Is sales-driven and motivated by hitting and exceeding goals Thrives in a leadership role and loves developing others Is confident, decisive, and leads with positive energy Stays calm under pressure and solves problems quickly Has strong communication and attention to detail Is a team player committed to growth and long-term success Is available on weekends (our peak selling time)
