About Us Sisu Healthcare Solutions is a privately held infusion therapy company that is dedicated to providing excellent clinical service to our patients, physicians and managed care customers. We provide comprehensive infusion therapy services that include the provision of nutritional, antibiotics, and specialty drugs administered intravenously, including all medically appropriate and necessary supplies. We provide these services and products to patients in the home setting or in our outpatient ambulatory infusion suites. We are a fast-growing home infusion company delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across Arizona and Nevada. Our teams support complex therapies and work closely with patients, providers, and payers to make every step of the infusion experience seamless. As we grow, we're looking for a Customer Service Supervisor with a healthcare background to lead, coach, and elevate our frontline patient services team. Position Summary The Customer Service Supervisor oversees daily customer service operations in a high-volume, fast-paced home infusion environment. You'll provide hands-on leadership, manage team performance, drive process improvement, and serve as the escalation point for complex patient, provider, and payer issues. Healthcare customer service experience is required. This role calls for someone who already understands how patients, referral sources, and payers interact with a pharmacy and nursing operation, and can lead a team through it from day one. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support a team of customer service representatives serving patients and referral partners in AZ and NV Monitor daily workflows, call volumes, response times, and service quality Coach, train, and mentor staff to deliver consistent, compassionate, and compliant service Serve as the escalation point for patient, provider, and payer issues Collaborate closely with intake, nursing, pharmacy, billing, and reimbursement teams Ensure adherence to HIPAA, company policies, and state and federal regulatory requirements Track KPIs and team performance metrics; identify trends and improvement opportunities Assist with hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of customer service staff Support operational initiatives and continuous improvement projects Required Qualifications 3+ years of customer service experience in healthcare, home infusion, specialty pharmacy, or medical services 1-2+ years of supervisory or lead experience Strong understanding of patient services workflows such as intake, scheduling, insurance, or healthcare operations Working knowledge of HIPAA and the handling of protected health information (PHI) Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills Ability to manage priorities in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment Proficient with EHR/CRM systems and Microsoft Office Preferred Experience Home infusion, infusion center, or specialty pharmacy background Experience with referrals, insurance verification, prior authorizations, or care coordination Experience supporting multi-state operations (AZ/NV a plus) KPI-driven team leadership and performance management What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) Paid time off and holidays Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding organization Collaborative, mission-driven work environment Why Join Us You'll play a critical leadership role in improving patient experiences while helping scale a growing home infusion organization.
