As a Service Coordinator , you will provide support to the operations team through the coordination of vehicle services such as maintenance and body work and ensure vehicle readiness to dispatch. This position requires the ability to multi-task, establish priorities, complete assignments thoroughly and accurately, and communicate effectively across company divisions and department.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Pay:
$24 per hour What you will be doing: Assess vehicles for repair/cleaning services. Ensure vehicles are properly serviced per client requests and company policies. Document services required and schedule with vendor. Inspect vehicle returning from service and properly store. Assist with directing drivers per schedule. Scan on-site vehicles and reconcile inventory status. Receive and send vehicles to/from transporters and over-the-road drivers. Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions. Must be willing and able to perform all Other duties as assigned by management. What are we looking for? Great Oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational, decision making and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize work according to deadlines and client expectations. Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service. Attention to detail and accuracy.
PC Skills:
Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. This position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent. Must have a minimum of one year of experience in general customer service. Proficient driving skills and some mechanical knowledge. Personal responsibility to manage change.
