Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to join our front office team. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, professional with customers, accurate with data entry, and willing to learn our order entry and freight processes. A major part of this role is entering customer orders accurately and working with our internal team to help make sure those orders are completed and communicated properly. Responsibilities Enter and update customer orders accurately Work with internal departments to help move orders from entry through completion Answer customer phone calls and emails professionally Perform accurate data entry Help coordinate inbound and outbound freight Communicate order status and shipping information with customers Follow up on open orders and help keep information organized Support daily front office tasks Ideal Candidate Reliable, punctual, and organized Strong attention to detail Able to learn order entry and follow procedures Good phone and email communication skills Comfortable using computers and learning new systems Able to work well with coworkers to help complete customer orders Customer service, office, order entry, or shipping experience preferred Bilingual a plus Benefits Full medical coverage for employee and family Profit sharing 401(k) Paid vacation Quarterly bonus Stable weekday schedule Schedule Monday through Friday 8am- 4:30p This is an important front office role supporting customer service, order entry, freight coordination, and daily operations. Pay:
$48,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
