We are a local artisan bakery dedicated to the craft of baking, sourcing the best ingredients we can find and providing courteous, warm service. We are looking for a FOH Manager who is: Organized, dependable and punctual Interested in the food we make and how we make it Experienced leading in bakeries, restaurants, cafes and/or other customer service roles and POS systems A team player who leads by example Available full time A proactive problem solver A skilled communicator with staff and customers General Responsibilities Team & Staff Management Onboard new employees, manage schedules, cover shifts as needed, delegate cleaning tasks, and keep staff informed of changes and announcements. Daily Operations & Floor Oversight Monitor orders throughout the day for accuracy, ensure the front-of-house is presentable, food is stocked and neat, and refrigerated items are fresh and in date. Communicate with kitchen managers. Cash Handling & Banking Conduct weekly bank deposits, manage petty cash for registers, and maintain accurate cash drawer counts. Tip Reporting & Payroll Support Calculate tip shares between FOH and BOH staff, and report totals to ownership for payroll. Input payroll shift adjustments. Supplies & Vendor Coordination Monitor and reorder weekly supplies (coffee, office, paper/packaging), manage relationships with key vendors, and coordinate orders as needed. Holiday & Seasonal Planning Coordinate special menus, pre-order tracking, packaging, staffing, and communications (website, voicemail, signage) for all major holidays and seasonal events. POS/Website Management Keep items and prices up to date on our POS system and website. Customer Relations Respond to emails, answer questions, manage donations and facilitate a positive customer experience. Pay starts at a minimum of 30 dollars per hour plus more depending on experience. This position also receives tips and bonus. Interested candidates should be able to perform the physical requirements of the job which include but are not limited to, working on your feet, lifting and carrying supplies downstairs, sitting and performing light office work, as well as bending and reaching.
