Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service and order support via phone, email, and text. Educate clients, veterinarians, and healthcare professionals on product offerings and supplement solutions. Recommend products based on customer needs using critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Manage customer accounts and conduct follow-up communications to strengthen client relationships. Process orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining detailed customer records. Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance, Shipping, and other internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Represent the company at equine events, canine competitions, veterinary conferences, trade shows, and other industry events as needed. Maintain knowledge of products, nutrition, and industry trends to provide accurate recommendations.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in animal science, Nutrition, Agricultural Business, Biology, or a related field.
