Provide courteous customer service with customers,vendorsand internal offices via e-mails, calls, messages, etc. Coordinates with agents and partners and ensure that all shipments are properly handled and documented. Sort,processand distribute all documentation for inbound and outgoing orders and direct shipments. Responsible for complete order processing, data entry, pickup/delivery scheduling, system entry,communicatewith 3PL and trucking,routingand operational milestone updates. Manage all aspects of tracking shipments to ensure shipment is moving as scheduled andupdate systemimmediatelyupon verification. Responsible for sending pre-alerts and arrival notices to customers, 3PLpartnersand internal offices. Issue invoices to internal offices andcustomers. Provide quotations in response to customers and internalrequestsincluding overseas partners. Handling and resolving order and operational troubleshooting Perform otherjobs asassigned by management.
