Who We Are Legacy Finance is a small, service-oriented financial planning firm built on trust, professionalism, and genuinely knowing our clients. We're a close team, which means the person in this role isn't a cog in a big machine. What you do here matters immediately and visibly. Role Overview The Client Services Manager is the first point of contact and relationship steward for our clients, operating with real autonomy across client service, office operations, and direct support to the firm's owner. This is a highly independent role: minimal daily oversight, real trust, and real ownership over how the office runs day to day, including running things solo when the advisors are traveling. The right person figures out what matters most and gets it done, without waiting for direction. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering the high-touch, concierge-level experience Legacy Finance is known for Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, account service requests, and custodial coordination Oversee CRM systems, client workflows, and outstanding follow-ups so nothing slips Manage advisor calendars, including day-to-day scheduling for the owner Make outbound and cold calls to prospects and clients, set appointments, and follow up on referrals to help grow the business Run the office independently for extended stretches when advisors are traveling or unavailable Take on marketing tasks as needed, from social posts to newsletters and website updates Maintain the overall organization and presentation of the office Who Thrives Here You're genuinely comfortable on the phone, including cold calling someone who's never heard of us You take ownership without waiting to be told what to do You notice what needs fixing and fix it You can run an office solo for weeks at a time and keep everything moving You care about client relationships as much as you care about getting the details right You're excited by a role that changes day to day, not one with a fixed script Qualifications Four-year degree in communication, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience, with 3+ years in a client service, administrative, or sales support role Prior sales, business development, or appointment-setting experience preferred Prior executive assistant or administrative support experience, ideally supporting an owner or senior leader Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office Strong writing skills, with the ability to create blog and newsletter content and manage basic social media and website updates Pay based on experience.
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:
