Full Job Description Who We Are:

Located in the heart of Orange County, Bella Ballroom is a welcoming and beginner-friendly ballroom dance studio dedicated to helping students of all levels discover the joy of dance. We specialize in personalized private dance lessons, creating an encouraging environment where anyone can build confidence, develop technique, and experience the magic of movement. Our passionate team is committed to making dance accessible, fun, and rewarding for everyone.

What You'll Do:

Coordinate lesson schedules and studio calendars Answer client inquiries by phone, email, and in person Sell consultations and lesson packages with warmth and professionalism Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized studio space Build relationships with clients and offer positive, encouraging support Help manage social media content and engagement Handle general administrative, marketing and office tasks We're Looking for

Someone Who:

Loves working with people and making them feel at home Is professional, friendly, and confident in customer-facing roles Stays organized and takes initiative Is comfortable discussing and selling services Has an appreciation for weddings, dance, or the performing arts

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience with social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) A background in customer service, sales, or admin A passion for events, performing arts, or working in a studio environment
