$27-$33 per hour We are seeking a Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts while coordinating logistics, order management, and service solutions. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts Build and maintain strong customer relationships Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner Process orders and support logistics coordination activities Collaborate with operations, sales, and internal teams to ensure successful service delivery Track customer account activity and maintain accurate records Enter and maintain information within CRM, WMS, and TMS systems Assist customers in identifying services that best meet their needs Support pricing activities and help facilitate customer growth opportunities Manage escalated customer concerns and provide effective solutions Maintain accurate data and reporting for business operations Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred Previous experience in customer service, account management, logistics, transportation, supply chain, or order management Strong understanding of shipping, logistics, or distribution processes is highly preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word Experience with CRM, WMS, or TMS platforms is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is customer-focused, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This job will pay a range of $27.00-$33.00 per hour.
