Job Description

Motorcycle Service Manager / Advisor Triumph Newport Beach and MV Agusta Newport Beach represent the best brands in the motorcycle worls and is located in beautiful southern California. As we develop our service department, we are looking for an experienced powersports Service Manager / Advisor to help us grow this department. We also welcome candidates from the automotive industry. Motorcycle knowledge is a must. We're not a corporate dealership with layers of management and endless meetings. We're a hands-on team that moves quickly, works hard, and takes pride in what we do. Everyone here has an impact, and the best ideas often come from the people doing the work every day. We're looking for someone who can keep the department organized and running efficiently while finding better ways to serve our customers and support the team. This role is about more than processing orders and managing inventory—it's about helping create a buying experience that riders trust, appreciate, and come back for.
Responsibilities:
Scheduling service appointments, managing an effective schedule for the techs Parts and accessories operations Customer service at the counter, phone, and online Inventory control and purchasing OEM and vendor ordering Department organization and process improvement Supporting a positive, team-oriented culture Helping us grow We are looking for: Previous powersports service experience prefered Strong understanding of OEM parts systems and inventory management Experienced with Lightspeed, eBay and powersport vendors is prefered Active rider preferred This role is perfect for someone who is a passionate rider and understands and lives motorcycle, parts and cares about the customer experience.

PM Pay:
$45,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
