Job Summary Seeking a highly ambitious, career-oriented professional to work assisting in the operating and selling of units at our busy self-storage facility on Hyde Court in Daly City, CA . Benefits and Perks $20/hour plus commission! A $300 signing bonus after 90 days! $10

• 20 for every storage unit rented on days you work alone, which we estimate to equate to an additional $1.00
• 2.00 per hour

We offer a 401(k) plan whereby the company matches employee contributions up to 4% of their total wages. You are eligible to participate in the 401(k) after 1 year of employment. Responsibilities and Duties Keeping the facility rented at optimum levels by effectively utilizing advertising, promotional and customer relation skills as approved by management Provides outstanding customer service including assessing and resolving customer problems and professionally handling telephone, internet, and walk-in inquiries Shows, rents and cleans self storage units as well as actively selling and maintaining supplies of moving and packing materials Maintains all required tenant documentation in a neat and orderly manner Controls delinquencies through telephone contact and letters on a scheduled basis including sending out monthly invoices Cleans spaces as vacated, hallways, and grounds as needed. Qualifications and Skills Customer service, retail sales, marketing, general office and telephone skills Good organizational skills General office functions and experiences required Ability to pay close attention to detail We value diversity at Security Public Storage.
