Our goal is to connect local employers with local talent. We are currently seeking a Monitoring Coordinator for an alarm system company in Glendora .
JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties for this position include, but are not limited to: Analyze daily fire alarm monitoring reports to identify system activity, trends, and key insights to be shared with customers. Evaluate monitoring signals and event data to determine when fire alarm system service repairs, troubleshooting, or system improvements may be necessary. Communicate with customers to provide clarity on monitoring activity, share relevant system information, and coordinate next steps when service support is required. Generate service work orders based on monitoring findings and coordinate appropriate follow-up as needed. Maintain detailed records and documentation of monitoring events, communications, and actions taken. Assist in managing active fire alarm monitoring service agreements to ensure services remain aligned with contractual requirements and that any updates, changes, or follow-up actions are coordinated efficiently. Provide support with monthly monitoring contract invoicing by verifying billing details and coordinating with internal teams to ensure invoices are processed smoothly and on schedule. Collaborate with service coordinators, technicians, and leadership to ensure monitoring insights translate into effective service response. Identify recurring patterns or anomalies that may indicate system performance concerns or opportunities for preventative service. Other tasks as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Ideal candidates should possess the following skills/qualifications demonstrated through previous work experience: 2+ years of experience in data review, monitoring coordination, dispatching, service coordination, or customer service support required. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.) A strong analytical mindset with the ability to read reports and identify patterns or trends. High attention to detail and accuracy when working with technical information. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills with the ability to relay important findings clearly and professionally. A proactive attitude and desire to contribute to continuous improvement.

$23•$29/hour (Depending on experience)
