Position Summary:
This Customer Service Representative & Office Administrator role is the operational heartbeat of Big Wave Heating & Air Conditioning—managing the customer journey from first call to follow-up while keeping the team running smoothly. With $40K•60K/year + bonuses , you'll directly impact revenue, customer satisfaction, and the company's 5-star reputation. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, people-first communicator who thrives in fast-paced, structured environments . You take ownership, communicate confidently, and execute with precision—while genuinely caring about delivering a great customer experience. Core Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and book at a 90%+ rate Confirm appointments (3 touchpoints) and manage schedules Complete post-service follow-ups and track open estimates Follow up on pending sales and manage memberships Deliver a high-quality customer experience end-to-end Support admin functions (systems, rebates, HR, fleet, projects, events, social media)
