Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Customer Service & Pricing Coordinator to support customer accounts, quotation activities, pricing requests, and order-related coordination within an aerospace manufacturing environment. This position serves as a key point of contact for customer inquiries and quotation requests while coordinating closely with Sales, Contracts, Operations, Quality, Accounting, Planning, Shipping, and other internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience managing RFQs, quotations, pricing information, customer accounts, or product support activities. The successful candidate must be comfortable managing multiple priorities, analyzing information, maintaining accurate records, and following up proactively to ensure customer requests and quotations are completed accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities Manage assigned customer accounts by reviewing customer requirements, purchase orders, maintenance agreements, service requests, and spare-product requirements. Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to products, services, pricing, quotations, orders, and account information. Respond to customer requests professionally and efficiently while maintaining confidentiality of customer and company information. Receive, review, and log Requests for Quotation (RFQs), ensuring customer requirements and supporting information are complete and accurate. Coordinate RFQs with Sales, Contracts, Operations, Estimating, and applicable manufacturing divisions to obtain required cost and pricing information. Perform cost and pricing analysis, including calculations involving discounts, percentages, pricing adjustments, and customer-specific requirements. Prepare, review, and coordinate customer quotations and proposals prior to submission. Verify quotations for pricing accuracy, completeness, formatting, consistency, and alignment with approved pricing guidelines. Maintain accurate quote logs, pricing records, rate sheets, customer-specific pricing agreements, and historical pricing information. Track open quotations and proactively follow up on outstanding or expiring quotes to prevent delays and outdated pricing. Provide quotation status updates to customers and internal stakeholders. Coordinate with Quality, Shipping and Receiving, Accounting, Order Entry, Planning, Production, and other departments to resolve customer and pricing issues. Release repair orders to production after receiving customer approval by submitting appropriate work orders to scheduling and updating sales orders with delivery dates and repair costs. Monitor past-due items and coordinate action plans to support timely completion and delivery. Support order-entry and shipping activities for spare products when required. Monitor customer accounts and prepare reports related to open quotations, pricing status, and customer activity. Maintain current and accurate pricing information within ERP, MRP, quoting, financial, accounting, and other applicable business systems. Research and resolve discrepancies involving customer requirements, pricing, quotations, orders, and account information. Develop a working understanding of aerospace products, manufacturing processes, inspection and repair activities, pricing policies, procurement practices, and applicable FAA requirements. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve quotation accuracy, turnaround time, customer service, and process efficiency. Assist with pricing, proposal, and cross-functional projects as assigned. Required Qualifications 4+ years of related experience in customer service, pricing, quotation administration, sales support, product support, order administration, or a related business environment. College-level coursework, certificate, or formal training in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred. Experience handling customer requests, quotations, RFQs, pricing information, or account administration. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies or incomplete information. Ability to perform calculations involving percentages, discounts, proportions, costs, and pricing. Strong organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional internal teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word. Experience working with ERP, MRP, quoting, financial, accounting, or customer management systems. Ability to analyze information, establish facts, identify problems, and develop practical solutions. Ability to work independently with general direction while exercising sound judgment on moderately complex assignments. Preferred Qualifications Aerospace, aviation, defense, or manufacturing industry experience. Experience supporting aerospace quotation or pricing processes. Familiarity with FAA regulations and aerospace compliance requirements. Experience with government or military procurement requirements. Experience working with repair, overhaul, inspection, manufacturing, or spare-parts operations. Experience maintaining customer-specific pricing agreements, rate sheets, and historical pricing records. Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and process improvement activities.Pay:

Do you have experience coordinating with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Contracts, Estimating, Quality, Production, Planning, Accounting, or Shipping to resolve customer or pricing issues? Do you have experience in the aerospace, aviation, defense, or manufacturing industry? Do you have experience supporting aerospace repairs, spare parts, manufacturing, inspection, or order-processing activities? Are you proficient with Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with pricing data, spreadsheets, reports, and business/ERP systems?
