The Store Manager will be the point of contact for the customer, sales and production throughout the project. The Store Manager requires the ability to connect and build relationships to provide creative solutions to the customer. Responsibilities Connect with customer and build relationships to provide created solutions and value added print and marketing solutions Drive customer satisfaction by focusing on customer engagement, quality and community Lead and develop a team committed to production excellence and excellent customer service Produce high quality of printing services to businesses and clients Point of contact for customers, sales and production Ensure final products are accurate and completed correctly based on customer needs Planning, scheduling and tracking progress of projects to meet client deadlines Stay within cost of good targets Flexible to perform other duties as assigned Qualifications 3-5 years of print industry experience required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Outstanding time management skills High attention to detail Experience directing a team and or supervising other while managing priorities Ability to coordinate multiple people and projects Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information Experience overcoming objection and engaging with customer to understand their needs Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment Ability to lift/move materials up to 70#, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously Strong team work and interpersonal skills Forklift certified (preferred but not required) Ability to drive a 15' box truck Excellent organizational skills
