This is an exciting opportunity for a proven automotive leader who is passionate about customer satisfaction, team development, and operational excellence. Compensation $7,000 to $15,000+ per month Performance-based compensation with earnings determined by departmental results, leadership effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
