The ideal Candidate has retail experience, great customer service and lead a small team in completion of nightly tasks

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the store
• Stocking and multitasking.
• Cashiering and customer service resolutions
• Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty
• Train and develop staff members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
• Create and manage work schedules for employees
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Experience:

• Previous experience in retail sales or store management is required
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
• Strong sales and customer service background
