If you're a strong communicator who enjoys problem-solving and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction, we'd love to hear from you. The Role As the Customer Service Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers after a vehicle purchase. You will coordinate across departments to ensure issues are resolved efficiently, customer concerns are addressed promptly, and satisfaction is consistently maintained. This role requires an organized, adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively with both customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Manage and resolve post-sale customer inquiries across all STG Auto Group locations Serve as the main liaison between customers and internal departments (Sales, Service, Finance, etc.) Coordinate cross-department solutions to ensure timely and effective issue resolution Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention Track and report customer feedback to help improve dealership operations and processes Required Qualifications Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (required due to frequent communication with Spanish-speaking customers across dealership locations) Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills Ability to manage multiple priorities across different store locations Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in the automotive industry or dealership environment Experience in customer service, client relations, or account management STG Auto Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
