This is a hands-on role in a small business environment . You will work closely with a small team and play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats and working independently. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and assist clients professionally Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar Handle client intake and provide basic service information Follow up with clients to ensure nothing falls through the cracks Organize and maintain client files and documents Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks Help improve workflow and maintain organized processes Preferred Experience (Not Required) Legal office Real estate or escrow Medical office Insurance office Administrative or operations roles Compensation & Schedule Starting at $23/hour , depending on experience Part-time to start (approximately 2 days per week) Opportunity to increase hours and responsibilities over time Growth Opportunities Opportunity to grow into a key role within the business Increased compensation based on performance Opportunity for paid Notary certification Hands-on experience in estate planning and business services Stable, long-term position About Us We are a small business based in Oceanside with a small in-office team and an estate planning attorney working remotely.
