About Us Paul Betenly is a growing menswear wholesaler serving independent specialty retailers throughout North America. We specialize in tailored clothing, sport coats, dress shirts, knitwear, and contemporary menswear collections. We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service & Production Coordinator to support customer orders, inventory communication, production follow-up, and daily coordination between our sales team, customers, warehouse, and overseas factories. Key Responsibilities Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Communicate with customers regarding inventory, order status, shipments, backorders, and delivery updates. Support the sales team with order entry, account follow-up, product availability, and customer service needs. Coordinate production schedules and delivery timelines with overseas factories. Follow up on purchase orders, production status, and shipment schedules. Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product availability. Assist with shipping documentation, logistics coordination, and import-related follow-up. Maintain accurate product, customer, order, and production records. Work closely with internal teams to help resolve order, inventory, production, or delivery issues. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in customer service, order entry, production coordination, apparel, wholesale, logistics, or related industry. Apparel, menswear, wholesale, or import production experience is preferred. Strong organizational skills and excellent follow-up. High attention to detail and accuracy with orders, style numbers, colors, sizes, quantities, and delivery dates. Comfortable communicating with customers, sales team members, factories, and internal departments. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/order management systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines at the same time. Chinese language skills are preferred but not required. Preferred Candidate Experience in apparel production follow-up, inventory management, wholesale order entry, import logistics, and customer service is highly desirable.
