Job Description
Part-Time Tasting Room Associate Brecon Estate, a small boutique winery in the beautiful west side of Paso Robles, is seeking a highly engaging and hospitality-focused candidate for a part-time role under the direction of the Tasting Room Manager. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional customer service skills, works well with others, strives to exceed expectations, and has the ability to multitask efficiently. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with the daily opening and closing of the tasting room, achieving wine club and sales goals, and providing exceptional customer service to visiting guests. While the primary role is tasting room-oriented, other duties and responsibilities are included as necessary.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Excellent customer care
- Direct contribution to sales and wine club sign-ups as a member of the team
- Create exceptional and educational experiences for guests
Qualifications:
- Professional customer service/wine industry experience preferred
- Knowledge and enthusiasm about the world of fine wines
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Manage constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
- Proficient with POS applications
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds repeatedly
- Must be at least 21 years of age
