ALC Horticultural Solutions | Perris, CA We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service & Order Coordinator to assist customers and help keep daily office and order operations running smoothly. This is an in-person, customer-facing position for someone who enjoys working with people, stays productive, and is willing to learn about horticultural products and our industry. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers face-to-face Answer phone calls and customer questions Take orders and process payments Learn our products to better assist and recommend options to customers Communicate orders to warehouse/labor staff for preparation Coordinate customer pickups and ensure orders are prepared correctly Prepare and organize orders for shipping Print shipping labels and verify order information Keep orders, receipts, and customer information organized Check inventory/product availability with the team Make outbound sales and customer follow-up calls during slower periods Follow up with previous customers, quotes, and potential leads Look for opportunities to cross-sell and recommend additional products Assist with general office duties as needed What We're Looking For Friendly, professional, and comfortable working face-to-face with customers Strong communication and customer service skills Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone Interested and open to learning about horticulture, growing, landscaping, and our products Willing to learn product uses so you can confidently assist customers Self-motivated and able to stay productive during slower periods Comfortable making sales and follow-up calls Basic computer skills Reliable and punctual Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred Experience in customer service, sales, horticulture, landscaping, agriculture, nursery/greenhouse, or a related industry is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train someone who is motivated and eager to learn. Pay:
