Job Description:

Insurance account manager position available in a non-corporate environment for a growing Insurance Brokerage.

Typical duties would include:

Managing and maintaining strong relationships with a book of personal lines clients. Quoting new business across multiple carriers to find the best solutions for clients. Tracking and managing wholesale and surplus lines accounts, including renewals and required applications. Addressing non-renewals, cancellations, and carrier inspection issues directly with clients. Supporting retention and growth efforts through exceptional service and proactive communication.

Hours :

Mon - Friday 40 hours a week

What We're Looking For:

Required:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar Personal Lines Account Manager role. Familiarity with quoting systems, carrier portals, and personal lines products. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. A proactive, client-first mindset and the ability to work independently. Must hold an active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
