Lead the MU field technician teams and the associated management structure i.e., reactive service, bottle/can installation, and fountain installation technician teams in a safe and efficient way Manage a team that provides equipment installation and repair services for all customers with outlets within their Market Unit (MU) and meets customers' expectations for equipment installation and service levels to support the achievement of the company's objectives for share, volume, and profit growth Serve as a member of the MU Leadership team representing the Customer Care team including Field Service, Equipment, Contact Center, Make Ready Center to fully leverage the Customer Care infrastructure to drive Business Unit growth Lead training, parts and equipment service teams and manage performance management and capabilities resource as well as develop and activate technician and management engagement initiatives, talent development, tech communications, technical skill growth programs, rewards, and recognition programs Participate in customer meetings to evaluate service level delivery/represent field execution capabilities and oversee diagnostics, mechanical repairs, customer finishing, and quality control of all equipment assigned for customer placement Develop a strategic departmental Business Plan, execute against annual Business Plan goals, and manage, achieve, and exceed Key Performance Indicators as agreed to in Annual Business Plan Other duties as assignedRequired Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree with 6 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma or Technical School Certification with 9 plus years of specific experience and 6 plus years of leadership experiencePreferred Education and Experience:
