Position:
Client Experience Manager / EA Job position overview As the Client Experience Manager, you will be responsible for implementing & developing strategies to manage and enhance client satisfaction and engagement. Your role will involve collaborating with our team, managing practical aspects of the office, analyzing client feedback, and ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of excellence & quality. In addition, your role will involve direct support of leadership as an executive assistant encompassing administrative duties as well.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead initiatives to improve client experience, retention, and relationship deepening.
- Onboarding new clients in our systems, managing the underwriting and new account opening processes after applications are initiated by Agents and the Support Advisors, and related responsibilities.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure successful outcomes.
- Foster referral opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for initial servicing needs and escalated client issues.
The job duties & Skills include, but not necessarily limited to: I. Input and update client data into CRM and related systems ensuring ongoing accuracy II. Manage the Vantage Appreciation Program. III. Gathering illustrations and preparing related material and reports for client review meetings IV. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the basics of the products we offer, the insurance and financial industry, underwriting, and elements of compliance. V. Ensuring the client completes our client survey so we can know them in a deeper way and show meaningful appreciation. VI. Supporting underwriting and policy delivery processes in coordination with external Admin or servicing teams. VII. Prepare annual review folders, policy delivery folders, and any related print materials. I. Manages the office

Drinks and snacks for guests and agents b. Cleanliness c. Office supplies II. May Assist / Oversee and implement agent onboarding a. Gathering all necessary documents/ records b. Initiates and oversees completion of contracting and product training c. Coordinates Agent training in Vantage protocol/ sales processes, etc. III. May assist in managing President's email and calendar per protocol a. Prepares briefings for important communications b. Keeps inbox clean and clear c. Responds to basic communications on behalf of President d. Delegates relevant emails and communications back to President for direct handling I. Manage Licensing and Compliance across various states for Agency and Luke Kibler II. Welcomes guests and make sure they receive excellent treatment in the office III. Communicate with clients with regard to outstanding requirements and needed information in collaboration with Advisors/ agents. Vantage Insurance Solutions
