• You'll receive a thorough training to learn about Allstate insurance and the systems that we use. Compensation

Responsibilities will include:

Answering phone calls Calling current customers

• You will proactively call our customers with payment reminders and other concerns. Customer service
• Your primary role will be working with our customers on their insurance needs such as sending them insurance documents, taking payments and making requested changes. Maintaining client relationships
• Reviewing current policies with current customers to ensure they are happy with their experience and policy form our office.
