Customer Service Assistant & Shipping Coordinator Tessolve - 3.0 San Jose, CA Job Details Full-time $24 - $26 an hour 3 hours ago Qualifications Export management General freight transportation Customs regulations compliance Microsoft Outlook Packing Spreadsheets Customs brokerage management Transportation management Warehouse experience Customs documentation preparation Business Administration Associate's degree International trade regulations Full Job Description Position Summary The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for coordinating domestic and international shipments of semiconductor devices, engineering samples, test hardware, evaluation boards, and related materials. This role ensures timely, accurate, and compliant movement of materials while supporting engineering, test, product, and customer programs. Key Responsibilities Coordinate domestic and international shipments through approved carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers. Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including packing lists, commercial invoices, airway bills, bills of lading, export documentation, and customs paperwork. Track incoming and outgoing shipments and provide status updates to internal stakeholders and customers. Coordinate shipment of semiconductor devices, engineering samples, ATE hardware, load boards, probe cards, and customer-owned material. Work closely with Engineering, Test Operations, Product Engineering, Finance, and Customer Program teams to ensure timely material movement. Manage shipping schedules to meet customer commitments and project timelines. Ensure proper packaging, labeling, ESD protection, and handling requirements for semiconductor products. Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records. Support import/export compliance requirements and work with customs brokers where required. Investigate shipping discrepancies, delays, damaged shipments, and carrier-related issues and drive timely resolution. Assist with inventory reconciliation and periodic cycle counts. Identify opportunities to improve shipping efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline logistics processes. Required Qualifications Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 2-4 years of shipping, logistics, warehouse, or supply chain experience. Experience supporting manufacturing, electronics, semiconductor, or technical operations preferred. Working knowledge of international shipping procedures and customs documentation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with ERP or inventory management systems preferred.

$24.00 - $26.00 per hour
