This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, overseeing landscape maintenance services, identifying enhancement opportunities, and ensuring quality service delivery. The Account Manager works closely with operations teams to maintain strong customer relationships, maximize account profitability, and support branch growth initiatives. Responsibilities and Duties Client Relations Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Conduct regular client meetings and property inspections. Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution. Account Management & Sales Identify opportunities for landscape enhancements and additional services. Prepare and present proposals for new and existing clients. Support revenue growth through account development and client retention. Monitor account performance and profitability. Operations & Quality Control Conduct routine site inspections to ensure service quality and contract compliance. Collaborate with operations teams to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. Coordinate enhancement projects and service adjustments as needed. Maintain accurate records of client communications, proposals, and service requests. Work closely with branch leadership, operations teams, and field personnel. Utilize company software and technology to manage accounts and reporting. Qualifications Education Associates or bachelor's degree in business, Horticulture, Landscape Management, or a related field is a plus Experience Minimum 3-5 years of Account Management or related client-facing experience. Landscape industry experience required. Experience managing commercial service accounts preferred. Certifications Qualified Applicator License (QAL) preferred but not required. Industry certification or related education a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus . Knowledge and Skills Strong understanding of landscape maintenance operations and customer service principles. Proven sales and relationship management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and accounts simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with Aspire software a plus. Physical Requirements Frequent walking, standing, driving between client sites, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to perform regular property inspections and site evaluations
