Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms
  • Assist with project coordination, including organizing and maintaining project files
  • Perform order entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Serve as a personal assistant to executives, handling administrative tasks such as travel arrangements and expense reports
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, including logistics and vendor management
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
  • Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors
Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
