In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily store operations, drive sales growth, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver outstanding service while managing financial performance, inventory, and store procedures. Duties Lead and motivate a team of sales associates and staff to achieve sales targets and deliver top-tier customer service Manage daily store operations, including serving walk-in clients and answering their questions Oversee profit & loss statements, ensuring financial goals are met through effective sales management and expense control Build strong customer relationships through personalized service and effective customer relationship management strategies Experience Proven experience in retail management or assistant manager roles with a focus on store operations and team leadership Demonstrated success in sales management within retail or financial services environments Strong understanding of profit & loss management, cash handling, and financial software systems Experience with customer service excellence, including handling complex customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively Familiarity with banking procedures, loan processing, and retail math principles is highly desirable Ability to lead teams confidently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Prior experience in retail sales, cashiering, or retail management roles that involve cash management and basic math skills Join us as a Customer Service Store Manager where your leadership fuels success!
