We're looking for a proactive and reliable Customer Service Sales Coordinator to support our outside sales team and help drive exceptional service. Position Summary The Customer Service Sales Coordinator serves as a key link between customers, outside sales representatives, and internal operations. This role ensures seamless communication, accurate order processing, and timely follow-up, helping to convert opportunities into long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities Support outside sales representatives with data entry and customer follow-up Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution Coordinate transportation services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of bookings Maintain and update customer accounts, pricing, and sales activity in our systems Proactively communicate updates to customers and sales staff Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to meet customer expectations Identify opportunities to upsell services and strengthen customer relationships Qualifications 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or transportation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach Preferred Qualifications Experience in specialty transportation, logistics, or freight coordination Familiarity with dispatch systems and routing/scheduling Background supporting outside sales teams
