Job Description

Join us to shape and deliver innovative supply chain solutions to help leading brands advance their businesses. At Metro Supply Chain, USA Inc we believe in providing the opportunity for people to grow with our team and our company. Responsibilities Serve as the lead point of contact for Tracy, CA and Carlisle, PA vendor PO requests Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, finance team, site contacts, & the clients Ensure SOPs are current- manage updates and changes as needed Track key account Metrics Daily & Monthly- (i.e., Planned shipments, IB tracking, accurate order cuts) Oversee the processing of the Monthly Billing and submit to the finance team by the assigned deadlines Work closely with all site and remote groups to ensure the customer and Metro's expectations are aligned Execute routine reviews with the customer to understand volumes / forecast / performance & growth opportunities Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed Other duties as assigned Complete employee performance reviews for any assigned direct reports Requirements Proven work experience as a Manager / Supervisor Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization. Experience with MS Office Excellent data management skills including information gathering, research, analysis, and reporting Experience delivering client focused solutions to customer needs, 3PL / Logistics experience preferred but not required Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally Time management skills including an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure with a high attention to detail. Excellent listening, negotiation & presentation abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
