Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and courteous support. Manage client communications effectively, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed with clarity and professionalism. Handle inbound and outbound calls, utilizing excellent phone etiquette to build rapport and resolve issues efficiently. Maintain accurate data entry records using Microsoft Office tools, including updating customer databases and tracking interactions. Support daily office operations by organizing schedules, managing appointments, and overseeing administrative tasks such as filing and correspondence. Assist in sales efforts by promoting products or services to clients, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary, including cash handling procedures during client payments or refunds. Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth communication flow within the office environment. Utilize technical proficiency to troubleshoot basic computer or software issues that may arise during daily tasks. Demonstrate excellent organizational skills by managing multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Contribute to a positive customer service environment by solving problems proactively and maintaining high standards of client communication. Skills Multilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse client needs effectively. Strong sales aptitude combined with excellent customer support skills to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for data entry, documentation, and communication purposes. Exceptional communication skills in English; bilingual capabilities are a significant advantage. Extensive experience in customer service roles, particularly within call centers or client-facing environments. Demonstrated phone etiquette with the ability to handle high call volumes professionally. Technical proficiency in computer systems and software applications relevant to office management tasks. Excellent organizational skills to manage schedules, documents, and administrative duties seamlessly. Proven problem-solving abilities in customer service scenarios to deliver effective solutions promptly. Strong written communication skills for clear documentation and correspondence.
