Description Jennifer Fukumae with Robert Half is partnering with a growing, independent wealth management firm seeking a Client Service Associate Leader to lead its client service team and strengthen the operational infrastructure supporting advisors and high-net-worth clients. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys both people management and process improvement. You'll oversee the CSA team, help establish best practices, improve workflows, and partner with advisors, operations, and compliance to ensure the firm continues to scale efficiently. What You'll Do Team Leadership

+ Manage, coach, and develop the Client Service Associate team.

+ Lead hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and ongoing professional development.

+ Establish clear service standards, workflows, and accountability across the team.

+ Conduct regular 1:1s and performance reviews.

+ Act as the escalation point for complex client service issues. Client Service & Operations

+ Oversee day-to-day client service operations supporting advisors and clients.

+ Manage client onboarding, account opening, transfers, custodial paperwork, and account maintenance.

+ Develop and document procedures to create consistency and efficiency across the team.

+ Identify opportunities to improve processes and build scalable infrastructure as the firm grows.

+ Partner with Compliance to ensure operational processes align with regulatory requirements and the LPL Financial platform. Technology & Process Improvement

+ Oversee operational components of the firm's CRM, portfolio reporting, and workflow systems.

+ Identify opportunities to improve automation and integration across platforms.

+ Evaluate and implement new technology solutions, including AI-enabled tools where appropriate.

+ Help drive a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. Requirements + 5+ years of experience in wealth management, RIA, financial services, or a similar client service/operations environment.

+ Prior experience leading or managing a CSA/client service team.

+ Strong understanding of wealth management operations, including account opening, transfers, and ongoing account maintenance.

+ Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.

+ Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with advisors, clients, and internal teams.

+ Comfortable taking ownership, solving problems, and improving processes rather than simply maintaining the status quo.

+ Entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset with the ability to operate in a growing environment.

+ Experience with CRM, portfolio reporting, and workflow technology.

+ Interest in leveraging automation and AI to improve efficiency is a plus.

+ LPL Financial experience is preferred. Why Join?
