Client Services Supervisor Recovery Monitoring Solutions Llc - 2.9 Aurora, CO Job Details Full-time $22.50 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Driver's License Data collection Full Job Description The individual is responsible for the supervision of client services to include front office operations, drug testing and electronic monitoring services. Assist in daily operations of service location and ensure daily deposits are completed in accordance with company policy and procedure.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Supervises client services to ensure superior customer service for the client, ensures staff follows proper policies and procedures for service location. Listens and responds to client concerns and attempts to resolve issues. 2. Supervises staff in the performance of their duties and evaluates performance as prescribed by company policy. This includes training new employees, listening to concerns and effectively resolving disputes or issues, completing performance evaluations, recommending corrective or disciplinary action and monitoring work assignments. 3. Assists in all operational aspects of the service location to include new client set-up, client check-in and verification, administration of alcohol and drug testing, data collection and home monitoring devices and the posting of collecting service fees. 4. Monitor all location services and ensure staff accurately documents client files and adhere to policy and procedures. 5. Participates in quality control audits, reviews various administrative reports and evaluates accuracy. 6. Supervises and maintains accountability for daily deposits. Follows cash collection policy, ensures staff accountability for all payments received and verifies a balance daily to identify discrepancies. Complete the deposit and record the deposit log and receipt as required. 7. Domestic travel may be required 1. High School Diploma, GED certification or equivalent is required. 2. One (1) year of experience in community corrections or related field is required. 3. Six (6) months of supervisory experience is preferred. 4. Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing and apply problem-solving techniques. 5. A valid driver's license is required and must be maintained.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES 1.
Must exhibit ability to work under pressure and maintain composure and pleasant manner. 2. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills required. 3. Prioritize tasks appropriately and complete in timely manner. 4. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with multiple interruptions. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office O365.Schedule:
