Are you an experienced residential maintenance professional ready to take the next step into leadership? At AIR Communities, we're looking for a Maintenance Manager who brings strong tenure, pride in their work, and a passion for creating exceptional living environments.

Lead & develop a small, high-performing maintenance teamDeliver exceptional service to residents—creating a community they love to call homeOversee all aspects of property maintenance, including:

Preventative maintenance programsApartment turns (make-readies)Service requests and work order completionVendor relationships and oversightPartner with leadership to identify and execute capital improvements and maintenance strategiesEnsure full compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policiesManage budgets thoughtfully to deliver top-quality results while maximizing efficiencyQualificationsWhat You HaveAt least 3 years of experience with technical maintenance and facilities management in the property management industry.1-3 years of experience leading a team of people in customer service and asset maintenanceA reliable mode of transportationAbility to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks (depending on community needs and seasonality), and on-call shifts (at least one week a month)Comfort with physical activity as you must be able and willing to move heavy equipment and machineryAbility to read, write, and speak EnglishWho You ArePassionate about team buildingStrong with mechanical aptitudeSolution-focusedPracticalMotivatedCustomer service orientedHighly organizedGreat trouble-shooterExpert on attention to detailAdditional InformationBenefitsPaid time off including vacation, sick time, and 14 holidays.
