Closing & Client Success Manager — Land Sales Castle Rock, CO (In-Office) Part-Time (to start) → Full-Time Opportunity $55,000 Base (Pro-Rated) + Commission (OTE $75,000-$85,000) Bilingual Spanish/English Required About Victory Land Sales Victory Land Sales is a fast-growing land investment company specializing in rural Texas land. We've sold over 4,000 acres and generated $12M+ in sales last year and we're scaling aggressively.

The Role (Read This Carefully) This is NOT a transaction coordinator position. This is a revenue-driving role responsible for: Getting every deal across the finish line Delivering an exceptional buyer experience Increasing company profit after the sale You take over the moment a contract is signed You own everything until the deal is closed—and beyond What You'll Be Responsible For 1. Own the Closing Process Manage all deals from contract → closing Coordinate documents, payments, and timelines Work with title companies and county recording offices 2. Drive Lender Conversions (Key Revenue Driver) Contact every owner-finance buyer within 24 hours Introduce lender partners and facilitate conversions Track performance and improve conversion rates 3. Manage Buyer Relationships Be the main point of contact post-sale Proactively follow up and prevent deals from falling apart Ensure a smooth, professional experience 4. Maintain Operational Excellence Keep all deal records accurate and up to date Ensure closing packages are complete and on time Hit deadlines, no exceptions 5. (Growth Phase) Build Referral Partnerships Connect buyers with vendors (wells, septic, etc.) Help create additional revenue streams What Success Looks Like 95%+ of deals close successfully Zero missed deadlines or deposits Buyers feel taken care of and confident You actively contribute to increased revenue Compensation $55,000 Base (pro-rated for part-time start) + Commission on lender conversions (uncapped)
OTE:
$75K-$95K+ in Year 1 (higher with performance) This role is designed to reward performance, not attendance Schedule In-office in Castle Rock, CO Part-time to start (5 days/week, reduced hours) Transition to full-time based on performance and company growth Who This Role Is For You might be a fit if you: Take ownership of everything you touch Follow up relentlessly (you don't drop balls) Are organized but also results-driven Can communicate clearly and confidently with buyers Thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment A Transaction Coordinator (TC) who wants to move beyond admin work A lender or loan officer who understands financing and wants more control over deals
REQUIRED
