Position Summary:

This position primarily manages our Arvada or Denver office. Organizes, plans, and evaluates Pregnancy and STD program services while providing direct options counseling to clients. The position trains, supervises, and supports Client Service Associates and volunteers, maintaining strong program fidelity and compassionate, client-centered service. The role ensures high-quality care through accurate record keeping, monitoring key metrics, and overseeing client services at the Arvada or Denver office. This position functions as part of the larger Client Services team.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Responsible for direct supervision of Client Services Associates and in office Client Services volunteers.

Requirements:

Committed, mature relationship with Jesus Christ and alignment with Alternatives mission and sanctity-of-life values. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field required.

Preferred:

Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work. Experience with vulnerable populations and/or crisis counseling. Ability to speak both English and Spanish preferred.

Strong organization, prioritization, and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of issues related to unintended pregnancy. Cultural competence and ability to build trust with diverse clients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide counseling, support, follow-up, and case management for clients. Provide counseling input and oversight for Ultrasound and STD/STI clients. Maintain accurate client documentation and statistics. Refer clients to appropriate external resources. Serve as Client Advocate with outside agencies and answer office calls. Participate in Helpline on-call rotation (~once/month). Ensure adherence to policies and consistency across offices. Pay:

$26.00 - $28.00 per hour
