This role serves as the primary communication and relationship owner across Service, Maintenance, Cow Care, Aftermarket, Install, and capital opportunity support. The Account Manager is responsible for keeping customers informed, identifying growth opportunities, coordinating internal resources, and ensuring the customer experience. The Account Manager coordinates with internal teams to ensure customer needs are understood, followed up on, and completed. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong customer relationships within the assigned territory. Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned accounts. Maintain regular communication with customers regarding service activity, Cow Care programs, aftermarket needs, maintenance schedules, and account opportunities. Proactively communicate delays, backordered parts, rescheduling needs, open issues, and follow-up items. Conduct post-service, post-install, or post-program follow-up to confirm customer satisfaction. Translate internal service notes, technician feedback, Cow Care findings, and operational updates into clear customer-facing communication. Ensure the customer knows who is responsible for the next steps and when follow-up will occur. Maintain professional, timely, and consistent communication across all assigned accounts. Identify customer needs and growth opportunities across Bower Ag offerings. Support growth in aftermarket goods and services. Identify capital equipment or system opportunities and transition them to the appropriate commercial leader when needed. Support quote follow-up for approved opportunities. Maintain account plans and pipeline awareness for assigned customers. Collaborate with leadership to ensure pricing discipline, margin expectations, approved programs, and deal structure alignment. Communicate approved retail price lists, programs, and product updates to customers as needed. Document customer opportunities, commitments, scope expectations, and handoffs accurately. Maintain visibility into service-related customer issues, open tickets, pending return visits, and customer concerns. Coordinate communication between customers, Service Managers, Service Supervisors, technicians, parts/supply, and leadership. Help ensure customers receive updates on service scheduling, job status, delays, and completion. Track recurring service concerns and bring patterns to the Service Manager or RBM. Support preventive maintenance program communication, customer-specific schedules, and upcoming maintenance reminders. Support communication around small service and capital jobs, including quote status, scheduling, parts arrival, and completion updates. Own the customer relationship for Cow Care programs within assigned accounts. Support Cow Care products and program growth. Coordinate Cow Care resources, including Analysts, Specialists, Technicians, and leadership, based on account needs. Monitor Cow Care opportunities, customer concerns, milk quality trends, and program performance indicators. Provide basic customer education and program communication while involving technical resources when deeper analysis is required. Maintain Cow Care documentation, visit notes, updates, and follow-up items. Ensure Cow Care escalations are handed to the proper technical owner and followed through from a communication standpoint. Experience 5+ years of customer-facing experience preferred. Experience in dairy, agriculture, service coordination, equipment, aftermarket sales, Cow Care, or account management preferred. Experience working with field technicians, service teams, or operational teams preferred. Sales, customer service, dispatch, service coordination, or account support experience preferred. Basic understanding of dairy farm environments and customer needs preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
