Client Care Supervisor

Position Summary The Client & Staff Care Supervisor serves as a liaison between clients, families, caregivers, and administrative staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care and service delivery. This position is responsible for client intake, care plan development, supervisory visits, caregiver training support, and ongoing quality assurance. The Supervisor also participates in the agency's shared on-call rotation and serves as a professional representative of the company within the community. Compensation range is $20.00/hr. - $22.00/hr. based on experience, qualifications, skills, and overall background relevant to the position. Responsibilities Conduct client intake assessments and develop personalized care plans Maintain communication with clients and families to ensure satisfaction Complete quarterly supervisory visits and assist with caregiver evaluations Provide hands-on caregiver training and ongoing support Participate in on-call rotation, including occasional after-hours support Represent the agency professionally within the community Assist with office operations and team collaboration Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Valid Drivers License and proof of current auto insurance 2+ years of experience in home care, healthcare, or client service coordination Experience with caregiver training or supervision preferred Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling software Pay, Benefits & Perks Mileage reimbursement & paid travel time between client visits Paid training and sick leave Holiday pay (office closed; on-call only) Annual bonus, plus on-call bonuses Health insurance & retirement plan with employer match Access to
