FOH Manager

We are looking for an experienced Front Of House Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front of house staff, ensuring that all customer service standards are met and exceeded. The Front Of House Manager will also be responsible for scheduling staff, monitoring customer feedback, and resolving any customer complaints. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and a passion for creating a positive dining experience.

Average hours per week:

45 to 50.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the front of house staff. Ensure that all customer service standards are met. Train and develop front of house staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about the restaurant's menu and services. Develop and implement systems to ensure smooth running of the front of house operations. Handle customer complaints in a professional manner. Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

$54,098.00 - $65,000.00 per year
