Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Client Success Manager / Project Coordinator to join their team! This position is located in Greenwood Village, Colorado. This role provides the measurement, insights, and recommendations that inform our operations across a 41-state footprint, helping to answer critical questions about customer experience, sales, and digital execution. The Client Success Manager will drive the vision and execution of products and services. You will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and assessing the work of the development team to ensure products align with strategic goals and meet customer needs.
Duties:
Lead discussion and calibration sessions to align on product requests and expected outputs Plan and execute on stakeholder product requests by ensuring constant alignment with objectives Build, foster, and cultivate important business relationships with clients Understand customer needs and participate in brainstorming solutions Assist, train, and lead product rollout plans Promote products created to support meeting company goals Monitor adherence and provide reporting on progress toward goals Create and deliver professional presentations to stakeholders and leadership
Desired Skills/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience Ability to communicate in a clear, straightforward, and professional manner Effective critical thinking skills and the ability to analyze and interpret data Proficiency in standard computer and software applications Strong professional presence and the ability to interface with executive leadership Preferred Experience Background in implementing and training on technical products Experience with large-scale call center operations, chat, or digital support Candidates with a strong academic or internship background, including relevant capstone projects, are encouraged to apply

Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
