Client Experience Coordinator Position Functions:
Provide High Level Excellent Service and Client Care; Answering and routing calls
  • You often will serve as the initial contact for incoming client and vendor calls; Scheduling client appointments
  • Managing the scheduling process; Support marketing efforts (social media, client touches) and help organize and execute client appreciation events; Learn our "Cascade Journey for a Life Well Lived" service model and how we deliver financial planning excellence; Enter and maintain client data in systems like Salesforce CRM; Ability to adhere to rules and regulations as stated and required by regulators and our Team .

Successful Candidate:

Qualifications:
Minimum two years' experience with Excellent Service Skills; Client scheduling (on-line scheduling experience and management preferred); Computer literacy and experience with CRMs, Outlook and Excel.

From $18.00 per hour
